THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT ("License Agreement") between you and 3Dlogicline. If you proceed to download any products, you hereby signify that you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions set forth below.

Company grants to you the following permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license with respect to its rights in the models.

You may copy the models onto the storage devices at one location. You may access, use, copy and modify the models stored on computers at such single location .

The 3D models can be used license-free ,without limitations in: games, animations, illustrations/renderings, film/video, TV, multimedia, commercials, live-performances, Internet, presentations, product or print jobs (DVD, computer games, entertainment and training videos, music videos, etc)

- rent, sell, sublicense, market or redistribute any licensed 3Dlogicline product in a way that results in it being rented, sold, sublicensed, marketed or distributed by a third party;

- modify any licensed 3Dlogicline product for the purpose of renting, selling, licensing, or distributing derivative works;

- make any licensed 3Dlogicline product available on any online computer system that allows direct and/or anonymous public access or computer file sharing.

All 3D models are copyright 3DLogicline or its licensors and are protected by Roumanian copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.
